Job Responsibilities :Assist SMC (Supplier Management Cell)manager through the end-end Supplier On-boarding ,Supplier segmentation and Supplier Performance measurement processes , liaise with Business teams to drive execution, drive process modifications / enhancements post inputs from stakeholders and , deliver #on-demand# supplier analytics / reports Conduct supplier evaluations (financial, general) and coordinate with the Supplier Management lead to ensure inputs from P&C stakeholders are captured Evaluate financials of Supplier based of their balance sheet, Profit & Loss statement and Cash Flow statement. Support development of standardized tools, templates for automated reporting with IT and conduct UATs Coordinate capture supplier rating & feedback Supplier query resolution throughout Registration process Support SMC manager to furnish on-demand analytics as requested by the Business TeamEducation Requirement : B. Tech/ MBA/ similar professional qualificationExperience Requirement : 3 - 6 years of experience in the area of Supplier Management and P&CSkills & Competencies : Conversant with SAP and Microsoft tools Good communicating and interpersonal skills Analytical bend of mind Should have basic Knowledge of Suppliers and Contractors supplying products/providing services to Reliance
