They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.Your Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical ExcellencePossess a strong grasp of general consulting skills to effectively address HR operational challenges. Adept at managing communications and activities related to ICAI, ensuring compliance and responsiveness. Experienced in the administration of partner admissions and retirements, maintaining industry standards. Skilled in maintaining accurate ICAI documentation, contributing to organizational efficiency and transparency.
