This role ensures that sales professionals have the skills, knowledge, and tools to achieve business objectives and deliver superior customer experiences.KEY DELIVERABLESTraining Strategy & Planning Partner & collaborate with sales leaders, and HR partners to identify training needs and plan execution of trainingDesign and execute a comprehensive sales training roadmap & certification aligned to business.Develop certification programs and continuous learning for existing teams and new hires.Recommend and plan for training budgets and budget control Plan and execute calendars for training and certifications.Content Development & AssessmentCreate and update training material, assessment for certificationOversee development of design document, content for training & certificationDevelop training solutions to address business needsLeverage digital assets & AI platforms to create & deliver training and assessment Delivery & Facilitation Conduct classroom, virtual, and field training sessions.Evaluate training partners and trainers basis training need etc. Conduct train the trainer and enhance training capabilityPerformance Coaching Track training effectiveness and certifications Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.Use data to recommend right solutionsStakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Sales, HR, Marketing, Product & other teams to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.Continuous Improvement Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs.Essential AttributesDomain KnowledgeAnyone with sales experience and open to learning training and develop peopleAnyone with HR and or Business acumen role, ready to learn sales / selling by working on field for min 6 months & has a passion to learn training and develop people Excellent communication, Excel & analytical skills, create presentation & report writing skills Adapts to digital and AI tools Enjoys working with people and learn to conduct training programs Open to learning and being resilient Has a Growth mindset, takes ownership and can collaborate well to executeReady to travel extensively basis business need REPORTINGHead – L&D, Performance & Talent ManagementREPORTEESNo (Individual Contributor Role)
