ALG is hiring Admin/Planning Assistant for a leading international company specializing in Weapons and Transportation Engineering. This is a 2-year contract role with AWS and strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support from filing and scheduling to preparing reports and presentations.Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Handle calls, emails, and communications professionally while maintaining a high standard of service.Ensure seamless daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and supporting various departments (Finance, Procurement, HR).Monitor and generate sales data for the division.Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines.Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and manage material purchases using SAP.Create, maintain, and track production orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, and material master data in SAP.Support MES system administration and other data-related tasks. Assist the team with ad-hoc duties as required. Job Requirement:Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in administration, planning, or office supportProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Proactive team player who can also work independently in a dynamic environment.Work Locations: Loyang or Boon Lay If you are interested in this role, please APPLY NOW!
