Job Title: Administration affairs Manager – Pharmaceutical IndustryLocation: Baghdad, IraqWe are seeking an experienced Administration affairs Manager to join a leading company in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare products sector. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the company’s core administrative functions, ensuring effective management and compliance across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the company’s administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth business performance.Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.Coordinate between various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.Supervise financial, commercial, governmental, and legal affairs in coordination with relevant teams.Support strategic decision-making by providing insights on operational and administrative performance.Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to achieve business goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in administration or operations management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of corporate operations, including finance, HR, logistics, and compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.Note: Salary and other benefits will be discussed during the interview. Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to: hr@alrafidain-group.com
