Position: Administration ManagerReports to: Executive DirectorEmployment Type: Part-time, RemotePosition OverviewThe Administration Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Voices Unveiled. This position provides high-level administrative, communications, and organisational support across the organization, contributing to program delivery, donor stewardship, and online presence. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and sensitive environment, often managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. Our team operates internationally and is fully remote, requiring strong self-management and virtual collaboration skills.Skills & ExperienceStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.High attention to detail and strong digital literacy.Experience with tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Canva, Wordpress, Mailchimp and social media platforms.Experience in the nonprofit sector (preferred).Ability to handle sensitive information with total confidentiality.2 + years experience in a similar role. Personal AttributesHighly reliable, responsive, and proactive.Values-aligned with Voices Unveiled’s mission of supporting women and girls in Afghanistan.Able to work with a small, remote team across time zones.Respectful of privacy, security, and safeguarding protocols.Strong leadership skills, while assisting and supporting executive director.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Communication SupportManage schedules, virtual meetings, documents, and basic record-keeping.Monitor and respond to communications; draft and edit emails and materials as needed.Fundraising & Donor SupportMaintain donor and volunteer databases.Support donor stewardship, grant preparation, and fundraising campaign tracking.Social Media & Website AssistanceHelp create content for social media platforms.Support updates to the organization’s website and program information.Program & Course SupportAssist with student inquiries, enrollment processes, and application workflows.Coordinate course logistics, materials, attendance tracking, and instructor support.Intern & Volunteer CoordinationProvide day-to-day guidance to administrative interns and help manage their workflow.Support onboarding for volunteers, ensuring clarity and preparedness.General Team SupportAssist various teams with administrative tasks, research, and organizational projects.Contribute to maintaining an efficient, positive, and well-organized work environment.We understand that candidates may not have experience in every area.
