Job DescriptionSales Operation Manager Role ObjectiveThis position is responsible for managing all aspects of inventory across CALA region, ensuring control over quality, quantity, aging, and operational efficiency. The role is critical to minimizing excess, maximizing rotation, and ensuring that inventory assigned to customer projects is properly tracked and aligned with commercial priorities. This position reports directly to the VP and GM of the region.Key Responsibilities Oversee inventory health across CALA, including quality, quantity, and aging. Coordinate returns and negotiations with manufacturers when deviations from plan occur. Lead inventory rotation strategies in collaboration with Supplier Relationship Managers team. Monitor inventory assigned to customer projects, ensuring timely visibility and intervention to enable product returns when needed. Identify and assemble product “kits” or bundles tailored to specific customer verticals, enabling special-condition clearance sales to avoid residual inventory. Lead regular meetings with Sales Leaders to align on inventory priorities and resolution plans. Actively participate in the approval chain for inventory purchases and new brand introductions. Generate periodic reports on inventory performance and propose corrective or preventive actions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional inventory standards.Desired Profile Proven experience in inventory management, product management, or commercial leadership roles. Basic technical understanding of the products we sell. Strong analytical and commercial mindset to identify clearance opportunities. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (Sales, Finance, Vendor Management, Operations). Proactive, structured, results driven, and comfortable working with urgency.
