You will work alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team, gaining hands-on experience and professional development tailored to your level of experience.About The RoleAs an Administration Officer / Apprentice (Exams & Data), you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our examination processes and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of key school data.Your main responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation, organisation, and delivery of school examinations, including student onboarding, data inputting, and report generation. Supporting the collection, entry, validation, and maintenance of student data, including assessments and examination results. Helping to ensure full compliance with examination regulations, JCQ requirements, and internal school procedures. Liaising professionally with students, parents, and staff to provide accurate and timely information on exam schedules, processes, and results. Maintaining accurate records and databases in line with data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding requirements. Contributing to the continuous improvement of data systems, reporting processes, and administrative workflows. Learning and/or developing expertise in a range of digital tools and platforms essential for exams administration and school data analysis. For those joining as an apprentice, this role provides an excellent route into school administration while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in business or administration.For those joining with prior experience, the role will offer scope for greater responsibility, autonomy, and professional progression.About YouWe are looking for someone who is: Detail-focused, organised, and able to manage a varied workload. Salary And Benefits Apprenticeship route: Grade 4 — £24,000 to £25,328 per annum (FTE). Experienced route: Grade 5-6 — up to £31,022 per annum (FTE), depending on experience. Ideally has some previous administrative experience or experience within an educational environment (desirable but not essential).
