YOUR ROLE? An Administration Officer Operations supports forwarders and assistant forwarders in the execution of logistics assignments. He/she performs administrative tasks and processes documents and data in accordance with the prescribed procedures, instructions and applicable regulations. An administration officer operations is responsible for:Providing administrative support to the departmentActing as a backup in support tasks when colleagues are absent.Answering telephones, distributing mail and filing, distributing and sending documents during peak periodsChecking incoming invoicesPerforming simple operational and administrative tasks He/she must have sufficient social and communication skills when informing customers, agents, suppliers, etc.Management is not applicable.
