You ensure that our administrative processes, from accounts receivable and payable to documentation and rental support, run efficiently, accurately, and professionally. Your structured approach strengthens operational workflows and contributes to an outstanding tenant experience. You collaborate closely with our Fianance and Resident Support Team and support our company’s growth. Join a team that works every day to shape Coliving as a modern and scalable way of living, organized, solution-oriented, and driven.TasksYou support the Resident Support Team with a wide range of administrative tasks.You support the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.You process and record incoming supplier invoices (accounts payable entry).You manage daily dunning runs and update debt collection actions with our partners as needed.You communicate with local authorities and external partners to complete and manage paperwork on behalf of our tenants.You contribute to cross-departmental projects and take on additional responsibilities based on your strengths.You continuously improve and optimize administrative processes to support efficient operations.You take on assigned ad-hoc tasks related to administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and documentation management.RequirementsYou have strong written and spoken English skills.You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.You bring at least three years of professional experience in administration.You have prior experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.You communicate clearly and work well with others, contributing positively to team collaboration.You feel comfortable using digital tools and are eager to learn new software and systems.You work in an organized, proactive, and solution-oriented way.You present yourself professionally and genuinely enjoy supporting people.BONUSYou have experience with SAP ByD or similar SAP productsBenefitsFlexible work model - fully remote or hybridEquipment of your choice (laptop, monitor, accessories)Supportive, international team with a strong learning culturePerformance-based bonus structureBudget for professional development (courses, books, conferences)Opportunity to grow quickly, take ownership, and create real impactAt Room Estate, you’ll work in a modern, digital environment that gives you freedom, autonomy, and room to grow.
