We are not only one of the top industrial enterprises but are also a preferred brand more than 50 countries where we export our products.We are looking for an Administrative Affairs Manager to join Ravago Türkiye at our Ataşehir office.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a relevant faculty (Business Administration, Economics, or related fields),Minimum 15 years of experience in administrative affairs, and supplier/service contract management, with at least 5 years in a managerial position,Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),Strong skills in contract negotiation, problem solving, and supplier relations management,Proficiency in MS Office applications,Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.What We Expect from You:Manage and oversee all administrative operations of the office,Lead and coordinate related insurance processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements,Negotiate, manage, and monitor supplier contracts and service agreements (maintenance, catering, cleaning, security, etc.),Ensure smooth execution of administrative support services and effective coordination with internal departments,Supervise and maintain office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, including follow-up on repairs, renovations, and maintenance,Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance.What We Offer at Ravago Turkey:Strong corporate culture with goal-oriented colleagues,Continuous learning and development opportunities,Career growth through internal postings within Ravago Türkiye Group,A dedicated Ravpartner to guide and support you from day one,Health and wellness programs for your well-being,Private health insurance from your first day,Contribution to Individual Retirement Account (BES) after one year,Year-end bonus system,Monthly birthday celebrations.
