Valerio Architects promotes high-quality, thoughtful, innovative design and is looking for candidates who share this commitment and bring the ability to contribute and translate design ideas into reality.Who We're Looking For:We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team in Monterrey. This individual will provide critical day-to-day support to our leadership and staff while helping to ensure the efficient operation of our firm.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct telephone callsManage and log all shipping and receiving of drawings and parcelsPerform accurate data entry and maintain various internal recordsTrack staff attendance and assist with timesheet documentationManage calendars and assist with meeting schedulingHelp coordinate and set up for office and client meetingsTake and distribute clear, organized meeting notesAssist staff with travel arrangements and process travel reimbursementsPerform credit card receipt reconciliation and reportingSort and distribute incoming mail, shipments, and courier deliveriesScan, file, and organize both digital and hard-copy documentsOversee maintenance and replacement of office equipment (i.e. printers, copiers, faxes, AV systems) and coordinate office supply inventoryAssist with the planning and execution of internal meetings and special eventsSupport general office upkeep and presentation to ensure a professional work environmentQualifications:Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office settingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Proficiency in Mac/Apple related products and related office softwareExceptional organizational, communication, and time management skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive and solution oriented approachAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismAbility to multitask and work independentlyWhat We Offer:Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceOpportunities to work on complex, high-profile projects in a supportive, collaborative environmentGrowth pathways and ongoing professional development within a prestigious, globally-recognized firmCompensation Salary Range: $20,000-$25,000 MX
