The company is scaling rapidly and requires a dedicated HubSpot Administrator to own, optimize, and maintain their CRM infrastructure. The internal team is collaborative, data-driven, and places a high value on clean operations and efficient systems.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to own the company’s CRM and marketing automation environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of the platform, implementing workflow automations, supporting marketing/sales operations, and ensuring seamless integration with adjacent tools. This is a high-impact role that will shape lead management, campaign execution, and data visibility across go-to-market teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage, configure, and optimize the HubSpot platform to meet evolving business needs.Implement and refine workflows, sequences, forms, and lead routing logic.Ensure data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and proper segmentation across marketing and sales pipelines.Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to support campaign setup, lead scoring, and attribution.Monitor integrations with third-party tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Slack) and ensure system reliability.Conduct audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable CRM best practices.Train internal teams on HubSpot usage and support general CRM adoption.Qualifications:3–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot administration.Proven track record of building and maintaining workflows, automations, and custom objects.Strong understanding of CRM data structures, segmentation, and reporting.Familiarity with RevOps processes and marketing/sales collaboration.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams in EST time zone.Nice-to-Haves: Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or custom API integrations.Prior work with B2B SaaS or digital marketing teams.HubSpot certifications (e.g. HubSpot Admin, Inbound Marketing).Familiarity with attribution modeling, lead scoring frameworks, or campaign analytics.Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
