MissionSTI School is seeking a dynamic, reliable, and efficient administrative assistant to support a new PATT who will join us in January on the Biotech Campus in Geneva.The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, contributing to a positive and organized work environment.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesAccounting management (e.g., account follow-up, budget forecasting, financial reporting) of the lab’s fundsInterface with HR on staff administration (e.g., HR follow-up, visas, employment contracts, welcoming new joiners etc.)Organization of visitors’ venue (visas, logistics, travel and accommodation)Organization of conferences, seminars and travel of collaboratorsExpenses and credit card management and follow-upProvision of general support and logistics to the lab ProfileSelf-driven, good sense of organization and initiative, rigorous and attention to detailFull proficiency in both French and English is mandatory (both written and spoken)Good with figures and accounting ( with respect to external funds)Computer proficiency with a very good command of excel/word/mailAbility to interact with all levels of faculty, staff and students in multicultural environmentPrevious experience as an administrative assistant; a previous experience at EPFL is a strong assetCommercial background or education (CFC de Commerce or equivalent)We offerExcellent work conditionsA multicultural and stimulating environmentPossibilities of further educationInformationsContract Start Date : 01/01/2026Activity Rate : 20.00Contract Type: CDDDuration: 1 year, renewableReference: 1827
