Job Skills / RequirementsAdministrative Assistant – Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This role serves as a key point of coordination across departments, managing a variety of administrative tasks, communications, and logistical needs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries; provide professional and timely responses.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist in preparing meeting materials.Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursement submissions.Coordinate office logistics such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and vendor communications.Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administrative tasks as needed.Maintain project trackers, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.Assist with event coordination, meeting setup, and internal communication announcements.Conduct basic research, data entry, and record-keeping to support operational needs.Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support leadership and team members.Qualifications2+ years of administrative or office support experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Customer-service oriented with a positive, friendly, and adaptable approach.Ideal Candidate AttributesWarm, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Reliable, accountable, and consistently follows through.Works well independently and as part of a team.Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs before being asked.This is a Full-Time positionBack Apply NowBackApply Now
