Position OverviewThe Administrator & Receptionist is responsible for providing professional front-of-house reception services and efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role also includes occasional light support to senior leadership, such as diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. The ideal candidate is organised, approachable, and proactive, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Maintain an organised and tidy reception and office environment.Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.Assist with office supplies, stationery orders, and liaison with service providers.Support the organisation of meetings, staff events, and general office activities.Provide occasional assistance to senior team members with scheduling, travel bookings, expense tracking, and meeting coordination.Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and administrative tasks.Qualifications & Experience1–3 years’ experience in an administrative or receptionist role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.Positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Competent in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
