Our programs are hands on, with students and instructors immersed in living classrooms and simulated training.The OpportunitySAIT’s School of Health and Public Safety is seeking an independent, detail-oriented and service-focused Work Integrated Learning Administrator. This role supports student placement opportunities, builds relationships with industry partners, and ensures smooth coordination of work-integrated learning (WIL) processes. You’ll be a key point of contact for students, faculty, and external stakeholders, helping bridge academic programs with real-world experience.What We’re Looking ForA self-starter with a passion for helping students succeed. Coordinate and manage WIL placementsMaintain accurate records and program dataCommunicate with students, staff, and industry partners via email, phone, and in-personQualifications & ExperiencePost-secondary diploma requiredAdministrative Professional or Early Childhood certificate/diploma preferredMinimum 3 years of related industry and/or administrative and customer service experienceExperience in post-secondary environment is an assetStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to foster new external relationships through phone calls, emails and potentially site visits.
