Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in facility management and cleaning services in Germasogeia, Cyprus.This role combines HR, staff coordination and office administration, playing a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:Recruit staff for cleaning and facility servicesMaintain and update candidate and employee databasesCommunicate with candidates and staff via phone and emailCoordinate and manage staff schedules and daily operationsProvide general office and administrative supportPrepare financial quotes and proposals for clientsRequirements:Excellent English and Greek (written and spoken)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience in HR, recruitment or administrative support preferredProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.) Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple prioritiesWhy Join Us:Be part of a dynamic, growing multi-business teamWork closely with staff and management to drive operational excellenceOpportunity to grow professionally in HR and operationsIf you are highly organized, proactive, and passionate about HR and operations, we would love to hear from you!
