Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Carlisle. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of duties, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, providing clerical support, and maintaining organized records. The individual will also support executives with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations within the office environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure smooth office operationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to provide professional customer service and handle inquiries effectivelyExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level personnel with tasks such as calendar management and meeting coordinationOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environmentProficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management toolsPrior experience in a similar role is a plus
