Job Description

All Spring Media is a Chesham, Herts-based Independent Training Provider specialising in the screen industries. Over the years we have partnered with a number of key broadcasters and content producers, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Amazon Prime, Global Radio, IMG, Sky Studios Elstree, Farnborough International Studios and many more. We operate out of our training facility in Chesham and deliver training across the country from there. Main Duties Maintaining accurate learner records, inputting data onto spreadsheets and/or databasesAssisting the Talent Manager and Head of Training with organising Initial Assessments, and notekeeping on their behalfCreating and maintaining Monthly Data Reports, with data pulled from our CRMLiaising with learners and employers, where appropriateUpdating and maintaining the All Spring Media Talent Pool portalResponding to queries coming in via phone calls and emails, and directing to the appropriate staff memberAssisting in the preparation of training and talent management resourcesKeeping abreast of wider industry news and trendsEssential Qualities English, Mathematics to Level 2 or aboveStrong MS Office skills (including MS Excel)Attention to detailExcellent organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyConfidence in building positive internal and external relationshipsDesirable Qualities: Experience within the screen industries, for example (but not limited to); film, television, commercials and online contentExperience of diary management, assisting and prioritising busy workloads for othersTo apply, please email a cover letter (maximum 1 page) and an up-to-date CV to: talent@allspringmedia.co.ukSalary: £25,000 p/a Please use this email address for any queries also.Initial interviews are expected to take place on Friday 28th November.Application Deadline: Midday, 24th November 2025
