The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing scheduling and correspondence, handling phone calls and inquiries, maintaining records, and providing general clerical support. The role also involves assisting executives with administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, organize documents, and maintain efficient office operationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior management with tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reportsExcellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with internal teams and external clientsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectivelyProficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and other administrative toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certification or training is a plus
