Key Responsibilities1. Art Instruction & Classroom ActivitiesPlan and deliver developmentally appropriate, process-based art activities for nursery and preschool children.Introduce a variety of materials (paint, clay, natural elements, recycled items, sensory textures, etc.).Support children’s motor skills, creativity, and self-expression through guided exploration.Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate art into weekly themes and learning objectives.2. Environment & Materials ManagementPrepare and organize art materials for daily use.Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating art environment.Ensure all tools and supplies are age-appropriate and non-toxic.3. Child Safety & WellbeingFollow HEI Schools safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.Monitor children's use of art materials to ensure safety.Identify and address any allergies or sensitivities related to art materials.4. Documentation & Creativity SupportDocument children's work and artistic progress in collaboration with academic staff.Support classroom decoration and visual displays in line with HEI’s aesthetic standards.Participate in school events, celebrations, and community activities as needed.5. Professional CollaborationWork closely with the academic team and coordinators to align art activities with curriculum goals.Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.Communicate respectfully and professionally with staff and parents.
