Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Speaking Customer Service Representative. The position is based in Qesm El Maadi but allows for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in communication and support tasks. The role also involves collaborating with team members and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all customer interactions. Qualifications Strong proficiency in English and skills in English Teaching and CommunicationExperience in Translation and Customer Service rolesAbility to provide Training and support to customers and team membersExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in both remote and in-office environmentsPrevious experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
