As a Customer Learning Manager - Shared Workflows serves as the designer of cross-asset learning for LSEG customers. On any given day you will be collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to script and update customer facing on-demand learning content and ensuring discoverability of such content for LSEG Workspace user base.Position type: individual contributorWhat You’ll DoOwn, maintain and enhance on-demand learning for common workflows and apps shared across LSEG Workspace customer segments.Oversee Sales & Trading onboarding learning in collaboration with other CLMs, drive consistency and coordinate delivery of related webinars globally.Review and creating video and webinar coverage, identify coverage gaps and collaborate with Journey Orchestration team on discoverability and accessibility to target audience.Review attendance stats, view rates & customer feedback.
