Supported by a dedicated team of over 1,800 professionals, Takween collaborates with clients to develop innovative and customized product solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The role involves collaborating with department heads to define role requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining an active pipeline of talent for current and future needs. Additional responsibilities include providing an exceptional candidate experience and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior roles across various departments.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of qualified candidates.Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, networking, and market mapping.Maintain and grow a high-quality talent pipeline within the Saudi and Egyptian markets.Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.Ensure an excellent candidate experience and uphold employer branding standards.Track, analyze, and report recruitment performance metrics.Required Qualifications5–7 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced or multinational environments.Proven expertise hiring in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with an understanding of market dynamics, labor laws, and cultural nuances.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience managing multiple requisitions and delivering under tight timelines.Proficiency with ATS systems and digital sourcing tools.Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
