Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team on-site at our office located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, the Senior Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, improve hiring practices, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Qualifications Proven experience in Recruiting and Hiring processesStrong Interviewing and candidate evaluation skillsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team membersExperience in Training and onboarding new employeesAbility to design and implement recruitment strategiesProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
