Exciting opportunity for Part time administrative assistant in a small but busy Horsham based health business.Pure Bio Ltd is a leading supplier of the highest quality pure nutritional supplements with an excellent customer service reputation. We are looking for a dynamic friendly individual to join our close knit office team to deliver outstanding and accurate customer service to our worldwide customer base.The role will involve varied administrative work in a fast paced office including :Daily processing of customer orders ( received online or via telephone) using sage 50 computer systemDaily answering phone to take sales orders in professional manner.Daily maintaining stock records and customer data on both Sage software, royal mail click and drop system and company websiteDaily responding to email enquiries and ordersUpdating company website with product changes, prices, stock levels, and postage rates as requiredRegistering of new practitionersAd hoc potting and labelling products, preparing remedies and sample phialsOrdering stock and unpacking of deliveriesThe successful candidateMust be self motivated with a high work ethic; adaptable with good attention to detail and telephone skills; have knowledge of sage line 50 or similar package; comprehensive computer skills; and be a 100% team player.Vacancy:Part time job share Vacancy for Wednesday 12 - 5pm, Thursday and Friday 9am -5pm (21 hours), plus holiday cover for your job share colleague.Pay : £12.50 ph.Immediate start is available.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sage line 50 .Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.team playerProfessional telephone manner/customer service skillsJob Types: Part-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountOn-site parking
