The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing sensitive information in a secure environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meeting logistics, schedules, agendas, and notifications.Retrieve and organize previous records for analysts.Collect, compile, and consolidate analysis from stakeholders.Assist in preparing briefing materials and presentation decks.Collect, distribute, and archive records of decisions and meeting readouts.Track and report on action items and governance tasks.Provide secretarial support for governance committees.Book meeting spaces (online or onsite), manage invitations, and ensure all briefing materials are collected.Take detailed meeting minutes and draft records of decision/discussion.RequirementsSecret clearance (mandatory)Experience in records management, administrative support, or governance coordinationStrong attention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to work onsite during core hoursProfessional communication skillsInterested: If interested, please apply to the job posting directly or submit your resume to harpreet@stafingo.com for immediate consideration by November 27th, 2025.
