As a Receptionist at Maison Athlétique, you will manage the front desk, greet visitors, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities include answering and forwarding phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, manage bookings for clients, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff members. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Qualifications• Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing a front desk, scheduling, and maintaining records• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling inquiries and relaying information effectively• Customer Service experience to ensure a positive and professional client experience• Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems) and organizational tools• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an asset• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are an advantage• Bilingualism is a requirement (French - English)
