We saw a need in the market place for a fully functioning clinical back office to support agencies who struggle with timely submissions of claims, cash flow issues, regulatory requirements, and lost income.With over 30 years of combined Home Health experience, Chart Auditors can help improve efficiencies across your agency and reduce your costsThe RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForWorking closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.Scheduling and coordinating meetings.Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and Financial Services industry.You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).You enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsWhat's on Offer?Opening within a company with a solid track record of successFlexible working optionsOpportunities for career growth & development
