Luxliving Real Estate is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to the CEO to support daily office operations within our luxury real estate business, based in Palm Jumeirah.What Should You Have:Previous experience in real estate administration is a mustMinimum 1 year of experience as a PA or Administrative Assistant, preferably a Female handling luxury properties.Strong organizational and time-management skillsGood communication skills and attention to detailProfessional, discreet, and self-motivatedComfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll Do:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, Manage schedules, meetings, emails, and documentation.Prepare reports, presentations, listings, and administrative documents.Coordinate property viewings and assist with transaction paperwork.Maintain records, contracts, and internal databases.Ensure time management and strong attention to detail.Bring new property listings in Palm Jumeirah and make cold calls.What We Offer:Salary + commission structureDirect exposure to luxury real estate operationsOpportunity to work closely with senior leadershipSupportive and professional work environment📩 Apply by sending your CV to: hr@luxliving.ae
