Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly polished, confident, and experienced Receptionist & Sales Floor Manager to be the face and operational backbone of our Dubai Sales Office. This role goes far beyond traditional reception duties—it requires a strong personality, excellent presentation, and the ability to manage client and broker journeys from first contact to handover with precision and professionalism.The ideal candidate will combine hospitality excellence, administrative strength, sales coordination, and floor control, ensuring seamless daily operations and a premium client experience aligned with a luxury real estate brand.Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client ExperienceAct as the first point of contact for all walk-in clients, VIP guests, brokers, and partnersDeliver a 5-star hospitality experience, representing the brand with elegance and confidenceManage client reception from A to Z: greeting, registration, waiting experience, coordination with sales team, and follow-up supportHandle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficientlySales Floor & Lead ManagementManage walk-in client rotation and lead distribution in coordination with the Sales ManagerOversee broker reception, routing, and coordination with the sales teamMaintain accurate records of walk-ins, leads, broker visits, and daily activityEnsure smooth flow and discipline on the sales floor at all timesAdministration & Office OperationsProvide full administrative support to the Sales & Marketing teamCoordinate meetings, schedules, presentations, and internal briefingsPrepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including:Client and broker trafficStaff attendance and punctualitySales floor activity summariesManage office inventory, supplies, and showroom readinessPresentation & CoordinationSupport and, when required, deliver basic project presentations to clients and brokersAssist in preparing meeting materials, presentation decks, and reportsCoordinate internal and external meetings, including VIP visits and broker eventsStaff & Floor OversightMonitor staff attendance, reporting directly to the General Manager – Sales & MarketingEnsure professional appearance, conduct, and readiness of the sales floor teamAct as a floor manager when needed, maintaining structure, discipline, and service qualityCandidate Profile & Requirements Experience & SkillsMinimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within luxury real estate, hospitality, high-end retail, or corporate sales environmentsStrong background in client handling, administration, and front-office managementExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProven ability to manage pressure and high-volume client trafficCommunication & PresentationFluent English (mandatory) – additional languages are a strong advantage (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.)Confident communicator with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and senior brokersComfortable delivering presentations and speaking in professional group settingsPersonal AttributesProfessional, well-presented, and confident appearance suitable for a premium Dubai sales environmentStrong personality with floor presence and leadership attitudeDetail-oriented, proactive, and highly reliableDiscreet, trustworthy, and aligned with executive-level professionalismWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a leading real estate developer in a high-profile Dubai officeExposure to top-tier clients, brokers, and senior managementDynamic, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environmentCompetitive salary package based on experience and profile
