Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on benefits administration to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs while supporting a wide range of HR functions within a fast-paced staffing environment. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees, management, and external partners to ensure compliance, provide guidance, and deliver excellent employee support. What You’ll Do: Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefit programs. Guide employees through benefit options, enrollment, and eligibility. Partner with brokers/vendors during open enrollment and renewals.
Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and other regulations. Support HR processes including onboarding, payroll deductions, and employee relations. Assist managers and employees across our staffing teams with HR and benefits questions. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of benefits administration. Familiarity with staffing or high-volume hiring environments a plus. Solid understanding of compliance and HR best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
