The role is primarily located in Stratford, CT, with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The Administrative Chaplain will be responsible for providing spiritual care, support, and counseling to clients and staff, overseeing religious and spiritual programs, and offering guidance on ethical issues. Additional tasks include organizing community outreach activities, conducting training sessions, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.QualificationsProfessional experience in spiritual care, counseling, and pastoral duties.Experience in organizing and overseeing religious and spiritual programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional Administrative skills, including record-keeping and documentation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Experience in community outreach and training activities.High ethical standards and the ability to offer guidance on ethical issues.Bachelors degree in Religion/Philosophy, Sociology plus pastoral and counseling experience.HIPAA training and compliance documentation.Certification or ordination as a chaplain is a plus.
