JobsAdministrative Coordinator – Leave Replacement – SaskatoonLocation Type Posting Date Closing Date Saskatoon Full Time Oct 23, 2025 Nov 12, 2025The Gabriel Dumont Institute Training & Employment Inc. invites applications for the following position:Administrative Coordinator – Leave ReplacementCompetition Code: 2503 201S Nov 12Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director – Training & Employment, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the effective administrative functions and the coordination of the daily, recurrent and ongoing activities of GDITE specific to Special Projects (Entrepreneurship and Apprenticeship); maintain spreadsheets and client management system; assist/organize meetings; maintain filing systems; compile reports for funders; monitor GDITE offices; provide coverage to other GDITE Programs as required; and all other duties as assigned by the Director and the Institute.Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or Administrative Assistant. A minimum of two years post-secondary education with equivalent experience will be considered.
