Type: Contract ( 7 Month contract) - Possibility for extension and conversion to permanentFully on Site - 5 days a week in Calgary, AlbertaRate: $25/hr- $28/hrJob DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Travel & Meeting Services Administrator 5 days a week on-site in Calgary, Alberta for one of our largest agricultural clients. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to both the Corporate Travel and Meeting Services functions. This role is integral to promoting efficiency, consistency, and service excellence as the department continues to grow and evolve.Key Responsibilities:• Support and actively promote the goals and initiatives of the Travel & Meeting Services department.• Provide high-quality administrative assistance across both travel and meeting operations, ensuring smooth coordination and communication within the team and with internal stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience• 2-3 years minimum experience in corporate travel coordination or administration, preferably within a large or complex organization.• Experience in processing travel authorizations, expense reports, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies and budgets.• Experience supporting group or event trave• Strong ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive travel requests with competing priorities and frequent last-minute changes.• Experience maintaining accurate travel documentation, including passport and visa tracking, insurance requirements, and travel approvals.• Skilled in budget management, cost tracking, and identifying opportunities for travel-related savings.• Proven ability to interact effectively with executives, employees, and external stakeholders, providing calm and efficient support under pressure.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and corporate travel platforms (AMEX GBT, NEO)• Experience using expense management systems
