Notre mission est de former la prochaine génération de professionnels de la finance grâce à des programmes modernes et des outils technologiques.Key Responsibilities / Responsabilités principalesAdministrative & Office Management / Administration et gestion du bureauOversee daily office operations and act as the main point of contact.Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling, documents, and reports.Support administration, coordination, and internal communication, social media & financia app.Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du bureau et agir comme principal point de contact.Tenir les dossiers à jour, aider à la planification et à la préparation des rapports.Soutenir la paie, les ressources humaines et la communication interne.Business Development & Community Partnerships / Développement des affaires et partenariats communautairesBuild and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations.Assist in marketing and partnership initiatives for Financia’s programs.Represent Financia at events, fairs, and meetings in the community.Établir et maintenir des relations avec les écoles, entreprises et organismes locaux. Représenter Financia lors d’événements et de rencontres communautaires.Marketing & Communications / Marketing et communicationsHelp manage Financia’s social media and online presence.Prepare promotional materials, newsletters, and announcements.Aider à la gestion des médias sociaux et de la présence en ligne de Financia. Préparer du matériel promotionnel et des communications.Financial & Administrative Support / Soutien financier et administratifAssist with invoices and budgets.Coordinate with external accountants and service providers.Aider à la tenue de livres, aux factures et à la gestion des budgets.
