Come grow with us!Job Summary:Provide executive administrative support to the Sr. Vice President, General Manager, and the Pegasus leadership team.Primary Responsibilities/Activities:Preserve and protect the Sr. Vice President and General Manager's (SVP/GM) focus and time by providing administrative support and follow-up to ensure appropriate and timely actions are taken, including managing calendars; reading, researching, and routing assigned materials; producing accurate, timely, and properly formatted documents and correspondence; organizing, and maintaining physical & digital files. Plans and coordinates meetings, conferences, and teleconferences of varying size and complexity, including recurring Leadership Team (LT) meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistical support Leads the planning and execution of key projects, including the preparation of high-quality materials for quarterly board meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and leadership team expectations Forecast and track monthly expenditures for the Pegasus SG&A. Set up vendors, process confidentiality agreements, and manage consulting contracts. Create and proofread PowerPoint presentations for the SVP/GM and Pegasus Leadership Team. Create, document, and maintain the LT agenda, meeting notes, and track action items. Manage the process for the timely submission and conduct the first review of SVP/GM direct reports' expenses submitted via Concur. Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements as needed for the SVP/GM and Pegasus Leadership Team. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email. Provide general support to customers, candidates, etc. Additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, with coursework in business administration, communications, or accounting desired, or equivalent work experience 5 or more years supporting senior-level management in a professional environment. Ability to uphold the highest confidentiality and to be discreet about company information and personal information of the Pegasus senior leadership team. Strong professional presence and demonstrated leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to interface with employees and leaders at all levels effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneNote, Visio, Concur Familiarity with the Animal Health market is not required, but would be a plus. Experience with Concur expense management software preferred. Effective time management and organizational skills; proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines. Ability to understand projects, think critically, and identify solutions. Applicants are awarded based on financial need, academic achievement, and involvement in extracurricular/community activities.Tuition ReimbursementAfter one full year of employment, employee-owners are eligible for tuition reimbursement for bachelor's level coursework related to their current job or any future job offered at PBI-Gordon Companies.Parental LeaveCompany paid parental leave is offered to employee-owners following the birth of a child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption, foster care, or surrogacy.
