We are committed to providing customer-focused, cost-effective, and technology-driven engineering and support services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, assisting with financial tasks, and ensuring efficient organizational processes. Day-to-day tasks include handling communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments as needed.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Administrative Assistance and Organization SkillsBasic knowledge of Finance tasks and processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and general computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant experience in a similar role is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
