The TSANZ is the only Peak Body in both Australia and New Zealand that represents all health professionals working in all fields of respiratory health.The TSANZ is a leading advocate and provider of evidence-based policy for the prevention and management of respiratory conditions in Australia and New Zealand, undertakes professional education and training, and is responsible for significant research administration.THE ROLEThe Thoracic Society of Australia & New Zealand (TSANZ) are seeking a full-time Policy Administration Coordinator with experience in policy development, project coordination, and stakeholder relationship management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. As part of the policy team, you will support proactive projects which will help shape health policy.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVEThis role would suit someone with 3 - 10 years working experience, or someone happy to work at a support-level role.Well-developed organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skills along with the ability to coordinate competing priorities.Experience in an administration, secretariat or project support or coordination role.High-level written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to successfully administer projects and deliver successful and timely outcomes.Experience in managing stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes.Be proficient in MS Office suite and literature search and referencing software.DesirableExposure to or understanding of the not-for-profit and or health sector.Experience in any area of communications.Experience in undertaking evidence review and synthesis.Education A recognised diploma or recognised work experience in lieu of post high school education.
