Valuing an entrepreneurial culture of diversity and inclusion, we are seeking driven individuals to join our fast-growing regional team as we push the boundaries of innovative fintech solutions.You WillProvide clerical support, including making bill payments directly to service providers or submitting documents to third partiesGather and maintain finance reports to keep historical and recent dataReview purchase orders and track recurring transactions for approval.Prepare and file tax documents, such as withholding tax certificatesSchedule and prepare payments to ensure timely and accurate processingRecord payment transactions promptly, ensuring that supporting documents are accurate and complete.Track bank balance and perform bank reconciliationManage fixed asset registration, including the acquisition and disposal of assetsParticipate in welcoming new joiners and assist with equipment setup.Manage office supplies and handle documents related to administrative tasks.Coordinate with the regional team to host Town Hall Meeting, organize team activities, reserve internal event venues, and prepare anniversary events.Perform ad-hoc comparisons, coordinate with third parties as assigned, and handle other duties as needed from time to time.RequirementsYou AreLogical thinker - You understand and can identify the key objective of your task. You are able to prepare and record transactions which are mainly related to account payablesWillingness to learn - You have eagerness to learn new things and are open-minded to perform new tasksTime management - You are able to organize and utilize time to complete daily and assigned task on time
