Job TitleAsset Management Specialist (Data Centre)Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the receiving and issuing of system goods at the central warehouse.Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Monitor warehouse inventory levels, turnover rates, and space utilization to optimize operational efficiency.Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments, reduce delivery delays, and meet Service Level Agreements.Escalate and follow up on exceptions or transit discrepanciesTrack and report warehouse performance metrics, including accuracy, throughput, and service levels.Prepare and contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) to support continuous operational improvement.Collaborate with warehouse teams to conduct monthly and quarterly cycle counts.Work with customs brokers to facilitate clearance and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation.Maintain current knowledge of import/export regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures.Support the Service Supply Chain Team in upholding global trade compliance standards.RequirementsDiploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, supply chain, or logistics operations, preferably within IT or manufacturing environments.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Strong knowledge of logistics documentation, inventory management, and Incoterms.Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and tariff structures.Experience collaborating with third-party logistics providers and customs brokers.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
