Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesWork as a core team member to evaluate and execute acquisition and divestment of local and overseas targetsMonitor portfolio companies’ finances including review of monthly/quarterly reports, financial statements, budget, and budget variancesPerform financial analysis, valuation analysis, and financial modelling on acquisition targets and portfolio companiesConduct research on companies, industry, market trend in relevant industriesBuild and maintain productive relationships with other teams within our portfolio companies and other business unitsArrange and coordinate committee and board meetings. Present analysis, findings, and alternatives to C-Suit level management, committee and board for decision makingMaintaining tax substance of overseas subsidiariesQualifications:Bachelor/Master’s Degree in MBA, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.At least 3-4 years’ experience at major private equity funds, venture capital funds, investment banks, or management consulting firmsStrong knowledge of competencies in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, CPA / CFA license is a plusGood knowledge of retail business including business models, key industry drivers and trendsExcellent communication skills both written and spoken both in Thai and English
