Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all administrative functions in Tanzania, including logistics, procurement, vehicle management, dormitory operations, and office facilities.Implement and ensure compliance with the Group’s standardized administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs.Supervise and maintain accurate administrative records (procurement, utilities & rentals, vehicles, food & supplies, etc.) with timely reporting.Manage, train, and develop the local administrative team to improve capability, efficiency, and team stability.Coordinate with local authorities, service providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and compliant business operations.Control administrative budgets and optimize costs while maintaining operational efficiency.Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and the local team, providing timely updates, reporting issues, and proposing operational improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business management, Public Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of administration/office management experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Experience working in a multinational company environment; overseas work experience is an added advantage.Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to build and develop teams.Good knowledge of administrative systems, process optimization, and office operations.Fluent in English (Chinese language ability is an added advantage); able to prepare reports and handle business communication.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills
