About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Manager to oversee all administrative operations for one of our clients. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our CEO and sales team, and maintaining compliance across all business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations:Monitor and manage all property listings, contracts, rental agreements, and trackersRespond promptly to emails and WhatsApp communicationsCoordinate with PRO, IT team, agents, suppliers, and job applicantsManage lead tracking in Pixxi CRM and assign Property Finder leads to agentsProvide comprehensive administrative support to CEO and agentsWeekly Duties:Maintain Agent Score in Property Finder for SuperAgent statusPrepare weekly KPI and lead tracker reportsFollow up on pending developer commissionsManage office supplies and cleanliness standardsCoordinate team meetings and water deliveryHandle agent onboarding/off boarding, including offer letters and portal access setupMonthly Tasks:Process salary documentation and monthly expense reportsTrack tenant contract renewals and maintain tracking sheetsApply for Broker Cards and monitor document validity (passports, Emirates IDs)Register with developers and prepare payment vouchers for commissions and salariesQuarterly maintenance of office equipmentAnnual Responsibilities:Review and renew supplier contracts and developer agreementsRenew Trakheesi Permit and other regulatory licensesCompensation & Benefits:Salary: AED 5,000 per monthEmployment visa providedHealth insurance coverageAnnual flight ticket to home country20 days annual leaveWorking Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PMIdeal Candidate: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, CRM experience (Pixxi preferred), strong communication abilities, and familiarity with Dubai real estate operations.
