Key Responsibilities:Oversee all administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.Supervise administrative and support staff, including performance management and development.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal/external communication.Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Support management in budgeting and monitoring administrative expenses.Liaise with service providers, vendors, and government authorities as needed.Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for audits and compliance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in administration, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG companies.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management systems.Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.Experience managing administrative operations in a production or FMCG environment.Familiarity with procurement, logistics, or facilities management in manufacturing/FMCG.Experience working in multi-site or international operations.
