Job Description

We are hiring for our well-known client who is operating in Energy industry, an Admin Officer who will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations at the project site in Tunisia. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage documentation, logistics, and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily administrative operations including office management, logistics, travel coordination, and local procurement.Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and service providers to ensure compliance with Tunisian labor and business regulations.Maintain project documentation, records, and correspondence in line with corporate policies.Support HR-related functions including staff attendance, accommodation, and welfare.Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and support for visiting personnel.Oversee petty cash and expense reporting at site.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum Experience: 5 - 6 yearsExcellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Experience working in construction or energy sector preferred.Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic will be an added advantage.
