If you’re passionate about technology, eager to make an impact, and ready to grow alongside a team that lives its values, Medius is where you can do your best work — your impact is global.Lear more at www.medius.comJob OverviewThe Billing Administrator will report to the Billing and Collections Manager and will be responsible for global billing across our customer base, while also contributing to process improvements and collections forecasting to support cash flow management.Responsibilities and DutiesExecute the companywide invoicing process for both subscription and professional services billing.Resolve internal and external issues related to invoice errors.Support continuous improvements of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.Collaborate with Global Sales teams to support billing and collections processes and maintain strong customer relationships.Communicate with management to develop process maps and document improvement procedures.Contribute to the update and maintenance of collections models and forecasts for cash flow projectionsQualificationsProven experience as a Billing Administrator in a global or international company (preferably privately owned).Comprehensive understanding of the full O2C process.Experience with NetSuite is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Fluent English (mandatory); Fluent French (highly preferred).
