Apply now and take the next step in your career with us!Your ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain and update customer specific trademark portfoliosMonitor internal and official trademark renewal deadlines in our in-house databaseHandle all client related enquiries with utmost professionalism and discretionProvide accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email and/or online portalAct as a customer contact when working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requestsCommunicate trademark renewals related information efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers globallyPrepare cost estimates and other reports for internal and external useYour Profile(First) working experience in an administrative service oriented role is considered a plusPositive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quicklyAbility to work in a team as well as independentlyGood organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet/track tight deadlinesVery good communication skills combined with client orientated thinkingGood command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
