The firm values professionalism and integrity in every interaction with its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer, based in Melrose Park and Mount Barker, SA. The Administrative Officer will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing general office administration, providing administrative support to 5 Solicitors, coordinating communication channels, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining organization within office operations across two offices and to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. You may be required to work across our offices at Melrose Park and Mount Barker.QualificationsProficiency in General Administration and Administrative AssistanceStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExceptional Organization Skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and diligence in handling confidential informationFamiliarity with office software and toolsexperience in using leap will be an advantagePrevious experience in a law firm or legal environment is advantageous but not mandatoryRelevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an assetknowledge of conveyancing matters and proficient in use of PEXA will be a significant advantage.
